The product is great but Amazon often ship it without a box so half of the litter stays in the delivery driver's van.

Been using this for years. Never had issues. I have 2 cats and this one lasts long for my litter robot. No smell. Just expensive so i try to buy in bulk during sale or black friday. Very heavy!
