Royal Canin West Highland White Terrier Adult Dry Dog Food

My dog ​​really took a liking to this food; the kibble is crunchy and has a great texture and composition. My dog ​​eats it with pleasure—I highly recommend it.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Jess absolutely loves this food! Can’t get enough of it! Taking a picture has been a challenge because I put it down and it’s gone! I’ve noticed a real improvement in her skin. She suffers allergies and is on medication that I’m never sure fully works but since moving her onto Royal Canin I’ve notice she scratches so much less! She is a typical westie and always full of energy but the guidance on portion sizes have absolutely seen her with more energy, she’s had to keep up with now! The bag makes storing super easy thanks to the fact you can reseal the bag so if it doesn’t all fit in the container it’s not going to go soft and def doesn’t smell! I find that the fact this is designed specially for her royal westieness so reassuring!! It’s absolutely Jess Approved!!

I was really excited to try the Royal Canin West Highland Terrier Dry Dog Food, especially as my Westie, Mollie, is now 11 years old. I’ve notice such a lovely difference in her skin and coat since introducing this food. She seems to have more energy and enthusiasm, and it’s been so nice seeing her more playful and lovely again.

Another big positive for us has been her digestion. Her tummy seems much more settled, and she’s been doing really well either the food. The shape and size of it is perfect for the breed. I always think digestion is an important thing to consider when choosing food for an older dog.

Mollie also seems to love the aroma and taste- she gets very excited when it’s mealtime! The smell is much for pleasant than other dry kibble I have tried with her before. It smells meaty and not generic. A pro for both dog and owner!

I also really like the packaging. It’s eye-catching, makes the product look high-end, easy to read and feels very informative without being overwhelming. One of my favourite features is the clear feeding guide showing how much to give based on your dogs weight and time-specific mealtimes. It makes portioning so much easier and gives you the confidence that you are feeding the right amount.

Overall, I have been genuinely impressed. From packing and feeding guidance to Mollie’s energy levels, skin, coat and digestion improvement, this has been a really positive experience. It’s lovely to find a food that Mollie enjoys and seems to suit her so well, even 11 years of age.

Definitely continuing to buy this and recommending to other Westie owners!

This is supposed to be really supportive for healthy skin perfect for fussy eaters which my dog is and perfect for dental health. What’s not to love?
