Rac Pet Carrier

The RAC pet carrier was a good size and a good price. Unfortunately as the item was sent in a black bin bag … the item arrived understandably badly damaged … of no use whatsoever. I was directed to take the item to a DHL shop (I printed the return label at home.) The shop refused to accept the item as “the bar code isn’t one that we use/recognise.” I got in touch with PetSupermarket who immediately credited my credit card and asked me to dispose of the item … apologising for any inconvenience. I would definitely buy from PetSupermarket again. It’s the way in which problems/returned items are dealt which makes a good seller … not the cheapness of goods sold. I would recommend this seller 100%. Thank you PetSupermarket.
