Hill's Prescription Diet y/d Thyroid Care Adult/Senior Dry Cat Food - Original

Our cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism a few months after getting her as a rescue when she was 8 years old. The option to give her food rather than a tablet every day (and expensive regular blood tests!). Sceptical that the food would work but it has, and 7 years later her thyroid levels are normal. The price offered by pet supermarket is really competitive and much, much cheaper than getting from the vet.

Our 20 year old cat was diagnosed with an over active thyroid. She had lost a lot of weight and spent most of the day sleeping. After giving her Hills Y/D she is gaining weight, her coat looking healthy and she is playing again and enjoying life.

This food is amazing. Both my cats are hyperthyroid and by using this food there medication has been reduced. The difference in both of them is remarkable, thicker fur, brighter eyes and increased energy. Thank you Hills

My cat has been on this for a few weeks now and seems to like it, always finishes it. Only down side is there is only one flavour of this type of food.
