How can I review a product which hasn't even arrived, none of my order has arrived, even though I paid extra for courier service and it should have all arrived yesterday Sunday 12th April. Obviously I know under the circumstances deliveries are longer but I placed my order back on the 28th March, and I had the option to pay extra to be given a definitive delivery date which I did and was given a delivery date of Sunday 12th April. DPD still cant give me a date of when they may be able to deliver the order, and the money has been happily taken out of my account. Not a happy customer at all, especially when no services are working to contact the supplier, web chat is offline, telephones lines are having technical difficulties, and email you’d be lucky if you got a response according to the website. I can rate the actual product itself as high quality as iv had it before but the service has been terrible to say the least.
