Big for a reasonMy 2 year Shipoo loves these at first I though these are too big but there is a reason they are big they are meant for dog to bite into to clean their teeth. I use these as extra to her Tails dry biscuits she picks them out of her bowl brings them onto her cushion and munchies away she brings them in one by one as if it were a treat. I would definitely recommend as they do the job they are supposed to do.

Good but massive!I always buy Hills Science Plan for my cavapoo but as he was getting a build up of plaque on his teeth despite dental chews and anti plaque formula I decided to try these. I didn’t realise how big they would be especially for a small cavapoo so far he’s eating them but slowly , which I realise is their purpose just need to keep an eye on whether he’s eating enough. Wouldn’t buy again , maybe occasionally , sorry.

It really helps the teeth. My dog has gingavitus and has been on this food for eighteen months at least and it does help to keep the tartar down.

My Chihuahua won’t eat it!My chihuahua (who is not fussy) finds this food too hard to eat (even if I chop each pellet into smaller pieces) and can’t seem to chew it properly. He gets on fine with other dry dog foods (including other Hills varieties).
