The Halti Harness is designed to stop dogs pulling and to give maximum control. Stops pulling by providing steering control from the chest. Ideal for small to large dogs. The ideal alternative to headcollars, it applies the same principle as the Halti Headcollar but by steering the dog from their chest rather than by their head. This is comfortable for the dog to wear and ideally used with a double-ended lead to give maximum control.

Additional Information
When buying a harness, start by measuring the base of your dog's neck and around their shoulder blades and chest bone with a tape measure. To ensure the harness is the perfect fit, you should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your dog, providing this doesn't mean they can slip out of it.

Good but slipsThis is better than any of the other harnesses Ive purchased as it has stopped my pup from pulling and she is far easier to control. However the abdomen straps do slip up when walking so need to be adjusted every now and then so not to rub her under her armpits.

Inadequate dog harnessI bought this harness as it said it guaranteed to stop dog from pulling on the lead, but it hasn't made any difference ! Another waste of my money. It is also not secure and the straps need to be readjusted during walks as they slip and become too loose on dog, so I wouldn't trust that dog could get out of it if she saw a squirrel

Halti harness guaranteed to stop pulling - not!Does not stop pulling at all but marginally better than a harness that is attached to the lead on the back. Think Halti should change their claim to 'reduces pulling'

Great for puppiesMy puppy does not pull quite so much when wearing the Halti Front Control harness. I've found it much better than a harness with the lead attached to the back. The trigger hook which fastens onto the dogs collar is necessary for security but is very fiddly to fasten on, probably its worst feature.

Fantastic for dogs that pullI bought this a few weeks ago and have seen a massive difference how much my puppy pulls when walking. He still tries to jump up at people, but I feel I have more control over this than I did before with another harness that cost the same. It is also sold at a great price- cheapest price when I searched for exactly the same product elsewhere on the internet.
