Arden Grange Adult Large Breed has been specially formulated for large and giant breed dogs. The recipe includes added nutrients for joint support, omega-3 fatty acids and L-carnitine for the extra support larger breeds need. A larger kibble size and increased levels of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM make this an ideal diet for large breed dogs who need extra help in maintaining strong joint and cartilage.

Composition: Chicken (chicken meat meal 25%, fresh chicken 5%), rice (25%), maize, refined chicken oil, beet pulp, chicken digest, whole dried egg, yeast, krill, whole linseed, minerals, glucosamine (740mg/kg), msm (740mg/kg), prebiotic fos, prebiotic mos, chondroitin (520mg/kg), yucca extract, cranberries, nucleotides.
Analytical Constituents: Crude Protein: 24%, Fat Content: 14%, Crude Ash: 7%, Crude Fibres: 2.5%, Calcium: 1.4%, Phosphorus: 0.95%, Omega-3: 0.49%, Omeaga-6: 2.98%, L-carnitine: 50mg/kg.
Nutritional Additives (per kg): Vitamin A: 18,000 IU, Vitamin D3: 1,300 IU, Vitamin E: 240 IU.
Trace elements: Zinc (as Zinc Chelate of Amino Acid Hydrate): 90mg, Copper (Ii) (as Copper Chelate of Amino Acid Hydrate): 8mg, Manganese (as Manganese Chelate of Amino Acid Hydrate): 6mg, Iodine (as Calcium Iodate Anhydrous): 1.5mg. Antioxidant (Natural Mixed Tocopherols).

Good Quality, Good Value.This dog food has relatively big chunks that gets my dog chewing and stopping her wolfing it down; this is ideal as the breed is prone to bloat and I don't want her feeling ruff. I can't comment on the flavour personally but she seems to like it. I have to spice it up with some wet food to keep her interested, I have to vary regularly because she is picky and goes on hunger strike from time to time. I have found that this feed keeps her coat in good condition, she has great joints for an old girl, the crunchy chunks help keep her teeth cleaner (imperfect but chasing her with the toothbrush is cartoonish) and her poop is soft enough to keep her happy, firm enough to make poo picking less grim.

Great food for larger breed dogsI have been using Arden Grange Large Breed Dog food for a while now. The larger kibble seems to slow down my Golden Doodle's fast eating particularly when used with a slow feeder bowl. It's good no nonsense quality as you would expect from Arden Grange and coupled with their Partners canned food seems to suit him very well. An added bonus is that it has higher levels of Condroitin and Glucosemine than the smaller kibbles for example the Chicken and Rice. Highly recommended.
