Small was still much too big for my Bichon crossI really liked the idea of this, and it's versatility. Front connect harness, but with a back hook too which is better when using a longline. But sadly, even when adjusted to it's smallest setting, it was still massive on my Bichon Frise JRT cross boy (he's full size, 6kg)
