  • Okay but not favoured by all my dogs
I was really happy with the ingredients of the food. My dogs don’t do well on grains, so I always look for grain free food. However, two of my three dogs didn’t like the food and wouldn’t eat it. Was surprised as they usually like turkey. Whatever the flavour in there, it was something they didn’t like. One did really enjoy the food and continues to eat it. I do soak the food as they don’t like dry kibble. Mixing wet food does also help. One of my gripes is that the bag cannot be resealed when open. I was surprised as most bags I’ve bought in that size, does have a resealable seal

  • Food for a Lab with a sensitive stomach
My red fox Labrador is already used to dry food so I gradually switched over to the Pro Plan Grain Free Sensitive Digestion kibble over three days. She enjoyed the new food it didn't upset her stomach. She is the type of dog to finish her food in one sitting and to empty the bowl completely - this didn't change with the Pro Plan food! The stools became slightly larger and softer with the new food, and were produced with the same frequency. So far so good!

  • A Great dog food
I decided to try my dog on this as the foods I have tried in the past she would normally pick at or turn her nose up at it and gave her gas and normally an up set stomach. I see this and thought I would give it a go. Well I am glad I tried her on proplan. The 1st time I filled her bowl she ate half of what I gave her no picking or walking away she loves it and every day is the same I have noticed a change in her no upset stomach and she looks much more shiny. This is great food for those looking for a food made for sensitive stomachs.

  • Good for sensitive tummies
From the moment I opened the box my dog was attracted to this pro plan grain free food! It obviously smelled appealing to him as he couldn’t wait for me to open the bag! He has always had a sensitive tummy and tend to react to food with grain so I routinely choose a grain free product but they often seem unappealing to him and often end up uneaten. That was not the case with the pro plan. The piece sizes are perfect for a medium sized dog and he seems to enjoy the taste. I added initially to his existing foot and gradually transitions, so it’s still early days but so far no tummy problems. The only negative I found was with the packaging. Being a large bag it would be better to have some kind of sealing strip to keep the food fresh. Having to peg/stick it is a pain!

  • Recommended
Our husky cross was very interested even before the box was open! I switched him over gradually from the dry food he was currently eating and he now happily eats a full bowl of Purina. Since starting the food we haven't had any digestive issues or runny bathroom trips which is fantastic for him and he seems to be a lot more energized and for longer too. We rescued our pup in January and finding a dry food for him has been full of ups and downs but I'm pretty sure we are going to stick with Purina sensitive now as there is always an empty bowl with no nasty side effects. I've already recommended Purina to my friends with medium and large breeds for their pups. Great all round food effective for those with sensitive tums.
