Like all ProDen PlaqueOff® products, ProDen PlaqueOff® Dental Bites prevents dental plaque from sticking to the teeth and softens already existing tartar deposits. ProDen PlaqueOff® Dental Bites has the same effects as ProDen PlaqueOff® Powder but comes in an alternative format which is easy to give and will be loved by your pet.
For best results, use ProDen PlaqueOff® Dental Bites alongside a good oral hygiene regime.
As in humans, plaque bacteria constantly forms in the mouth of all cats and dogs. Once plaque has calcified into tartar it can no longer be brushed off. In many cases it has to be removed by a vet using ultrasound and anaesthetic.
If tartar build-up is left untreated it can result in bad breath, gum disease, tooth decay and premature tooth loss. Tartar that is allowed to remain for too long can also cause infections that can spread throughout the body and damage the heart, lung, liver and negatively affect kidney functions.
ProDen PlaqueOff® Powder is not a substitute for tooth brushing. It is a complement to brushing and the combination will help remove plaque and tartar and keep your pet's mouth clean.

Feeding Guide

The product should be given regularly in accordance with the feeding instructions. Results can usually be seen within 2-3 weeks. The positive effect can be seen as long as the product is taken, but disappears when you stop using it. The product is safe and can be used continuously. Recommended to support normal and healthy teeth, gums and breath odour.

Good productI have been giving these treats to my dog for about 3 weeks now and, combined with PlaqueOff powder, his teeth are showing signs of improvement as they were quite discoloured, so hopefully this will continue. He loves them and has four a day.
