Pettex Fullers Earth Clumping Cat Litter is made from very absorbent clay mineral called Bentonite which helps to bind the strong odours found in cat urine. The benefit of Fullers Earth clay is that it clumps together when it is moist, allowing only the soiled litter to be removed and replaced. The reason that most people prefer clumping litter is due to the fact that traditional absorbent litter must be replaced frequently, while scoopable cat litter allows the solids and clumps of urine to be scooped out and discarded and a small amount of new litter to be added each time. A cat litter tray using clumping litter will last longer without the litter being completely replaced. Today, approximately 69% of the cat litter market is clumping cat litters.

Warnings
For hygiene reasons, it is best to wear disposable or rubber gloves and wash your hands after cleaning or emptying your cat litter tray.
Additional Information
Fill your cat tray with at least 5cm of the cat litter. Remove solid waste daily and occasionally stir around the remaining litter to aid the absorption process. Completely change the cat litter at regular intervals.

It worksI've used this a few times and it is a good clumping litter ..tip...don't try and get it out as soon as your cat has urinated ..it wouldn't have had time to clump..apart from that it's perfect litter..

Pettex Clumping LitterBeen using this for over 25 years. Still the best, by far.

Used it for 50 years.Have used Pettex clumping litter for some 50 years with various cats. I still prefer this although I do not think the clumping is as good as it used to be. However I still prefer it.

Clumping Cat Litter, Love it or Hate itI think it works well for me, I tend to mix in 30% wood pellets too to stop the cat from dragging too much clay out on his feet. I like that it is unscented as it allows me to tell when his box gets a bit smelly. It can be quite heavy, especially if you have to carry it far, but I like that it is natural clay.

I buy this regularlyIt is much cheaper in comparison with others. I have 2 elderly cats so get large amounts clumping at times & they are easy to remove. It is very heavy but that only helps with the clumping & you don't need to use too much at a time.
